Analyzing the Concentration of IL-6,TNF-a, IL-Ib, Ang-(1–7), Ang II, and NAGase Activity In the supernatant after cell culture, IL-6, TNF-a, IL-Ib,Ang-(1–7), and Ang II concentrations were measured by ELISA (Hengyuan Biotechnology Co., Shanghai, China). The manufacturer’s instructions were followed for the ELISA test. As a unit of measurement, TNF-a, IL-Ib, Ang-(1–7), and Ang II were demonstrated as ng/L. In this case, IL-6 was demonstrated as pg/mL. Using the instructions included in the kit purchased from the Nanjing Jiancheng Bioengineering Institute (Nanjing, China), the action of NAGase was determined in the supernatant of the cell culture medium. NAGase activity was measured in units of U/L.
