Prostaglandin E2 (PEG2), MMP-2, VEGF, nuclear factor-κ-gene binding (NF-κB) and interleukin 6 (IL-6) Elisa Kit was supplied by Hengyuan Technology Innovation Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). Other reagents were all of analytical grade or above.
The levels of prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) in the serum was determined by a PGE2 ELISA Kit (Hengyuan technology, Shanghai, China) according to the standard protocol. Afterwards, the expression of matrix metalloproteinase (MMP- 2), interleukin (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in tumor tissue was quantitatively detected using ELISA kits (Hengyuan technology, Shanghai, China).
