The serum at 80 ℃ was taken out to analyze the concentration of inflammatory factors. The ELISA kit used in the experiment was purchased from Shanghai hengyuan biological technology Co., Ltd. (Hengyuan, Shanghai, China). Measurement indicators include interleukin- 1β (IL-1β, # HB1074-Mu), interleukin-6 (IL-6, # HB1061-Mu), interleukin-10 (IL-10, # HB1087-Mu), and tumour necrosis factor-α (TNF-α, # HB049-Mu). All assay steps were performed as directed by the kit.
