Na2SO4, K2SO4, sodium citrate, citric acid, sodium acetate,acetic acid, NaOH, HCl, Na2HPO4, NaH2PO4 and KH2PO4 were purchased from China National Pharmaceutical Industry Corporation Ltd. (Shanghai, China). NaCl and glycine were purchased from General-Reagent (Shanghai, China). EO20PO80 (3000 g/mol) was purchased from Guangchi Chemical Company (Taian, China). The size exclusion chromatography (SEC) column BioBasic SEC-300 (300×4.6 mm) was purchased from Thermo Fisher Scientific (Waltham, America). The amino acid sequences of rituximab and trastuzumab were obtained from Drugbank [25] and mAbs were constructed by others in our lab with purity more than 98%. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) reagent test kit for human IgG was purchased from Shanghai Hengyuan Biological Technology co., LTD (Shanghai, China).
