細(xì)胞色素P450（cytochromeP450或CYP450,簡(jiǎn)稱CYP450）代表著一個(gè)很大的可自身氧化的亞鐵血紅素蛋白家族，屬于單氧酶的一類，因其在450納米有特異吸收峰而得名。它參與內(nèi)源性物質(zhì)和包括藥物、環(huán)境化合物在內(nèi)的外源性物質(zhì)的代謝。根據(jù)氨基酸序列的同源程度，其成員又依次分為家族、亞家族和酶?jìng)�(gè)體三級(jí)。細(xì)胞色素P450酶系統(tǒng)可縮寫為CYP，其中家族以阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字表示，亞家族以大寫英文字母表示，酶?jìng)�(gè)體以阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字表示，如CYP2D6、CYP2C19、CYP3A4等。
研究意義:
細(xì)胞中，細(xì)胞色素P450主要分布在內(nèi)質(zhì)網(wǎng)和線粒體內(nèi)膜上，作為一種末端加氧酶，參與了生物體內(nèi)的甾醇類激素合成等過程。近年來，對(duì)細(xì)胞色素P450的結(jié)構(gòu)、功能特別是對(duì)其在藥物代謝中的作用的研究有了較大的進(jìn)展。研究表明細(xì)胞色素P450是藥物代謝過程中的關(guān)鍵酶，而且對(duì)細(xì)胞因子和體溫調(diào)節(jié)都有重要影響。

The OH content, 8-OhdG content, ａnd CYP450 content were determined according to the method of Zhang et al. (2020) using a kit obtained from the ShangHai HengYuan Biological Technology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). The OH content, 8-OHdG content, ａnd activity of P450 in earthworms were detected by the double antibody sandwich method. The OH in earthworms combined with the antibodies of OH marked by HRP (Horseradish Peroxidase). Then, 3,3′,5,5′-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) was added to produce a chromogenic reaction with the compound of antibody-antigen-antibody labeled by the enzyme. The absorbance of the reaction solution was recorded at 450 nm. The detection principle ａnd method of 8-OhdG ａnd CYP450 are the same as those of OH.
